Cooking Class - Authentic Greek Mezze Favorites
Get a taste of the Greek islands by transforming fresh ingredients into traditional Mediterranean dishes.
In this interactive cooking class led by Chef Unika, you'll learn all the culinary secrets to preparing a traditional Greek mezze completely from scratch featuring both savory and sweet flavors.
Begin by making two of Greece's most beloved appetizers: Dolmas, or rice wrapped in grape leaves, and fresh marousolata, a salad of lettuce, cucumbers and dill. Then, Chef Unika will show you how to make lamb and beef meatballs paired with a yogurt cucumber sauce and handcrafted Greek yogurt flatbread. For dessert, layer phyllo, nuts and honey for decadent baklava.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
