In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Corey will be your guide as you create a Spanish-inspired four-course dinner with a focus on some of Spain's favorites meats. He will also demonstrate culinary tips that you can easily use in your own kitchen.
Start by sautéing chorizo drizzled in a fig balsamic sauce. Then, learn how to make timeless Spanish paella with pork, rice and fresh vegetables, as well as decadent bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese. End by mixing and baking a sweet olive oil cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
