Start by preparing a wedge-style Caesar salad topped with homemade vegan dressing before toasting up zesty garlic herb bread. Learn how to make fresh pasta in your choice of fettuccine or ravioli and top it with a savory mushroom and tomato sauce. End by crafting luscious vanilla bean ice cream and sweet fruit compote.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
