Start by preparing a wedge-style Caesar salad topped with homemade vegan dressing before toasting up zesty garlic herb bread. Learn how to make fresh pasta in your choice of fettuccine or ravioli and top it with a savory mushroom and tomato sauce. End by crafting luscious vanilla bean ice cream and sweet fruit compote.

A Perfect Vegan Date Night With Chef Nedra! We booked it to celebrate our 18th anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.
