Cooking Class - Fresh Fare From the Mediterranean
Learn how to craft the flavors of the Mediterranean in this engaging cooking class taught by Chef Jamaal. You'll create three incredible courses evocative of the region.
To begin, you'll craft lamb and beef meatballs to be cooked on a skewer, served with a flaky flatbread and creamy tzatziki flavored with cucumber and mint. Next, learn the secret to making perfect couscous topped with harissa-spiced salmon, braised leaks and carrots. For dessert, you'll create a milopita, a traditional Greek loaf cake made with fresh apples and spices.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
