What You’ll Do

Watch as simple dough and sauce transform into melty, chewy pizza with Chef Dos.

Make pizza night a gourmet event with the help of a world-class chef in this hands-on cooking class. Master the art of dough and sauce as you craft several styles of pizza with your favorite toppings.

First, you'll build confidence with a classic round pizza topped with heaps of melty cheese and pepperoni before upping the ante with a Detroit-style deep dish pizza featuring a chewy crust and layered deep with cheese and your favorite toppings. Chef Dos will show you how to use the remaining dough to craft calzones with vegetables and pepperoni.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Class FAR exceeded our expectations! Chef Dos was phenomenal and knowledgeable. Came prepared with EVERYTHING needed for the class. Taught us how to repurpose the dough and make 4 or 5 different recipes that will go into heavy rotation in our home. This class was worth every penny and will hopefully book more! Thanks Chef Dos!

Chef Dos was our first CozyMeal experience and he did not disappoint! The food was outstanding, he made the recipe easy to understand, and the company was even better. Lots of laughs, and leftovers! 10/10 recommend and we will definitely book again!

My friend and I had such a fun night with Chef Dos as our guide through a Fiesta of Flavor! Everything was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed getting to know Dos and his story while we cooked. It was so nice that he let us be as involved as we wanted but beg off and just let him do his thing so we could sit and visit while a delicious meal was prepared just for us. We made note of the other classes he teaches so we can book him for parties with more people. Highly recommend Chef Dos!

It was a fun evening with wonderful food! The chicken was prepared perfectly (I helped a bit!) and was very moist and tasty. I was not a fan of the cake, a little too rich for me! Chef Dos was entertaining and knowledgeable. We would definitely request him again!

As Chef Dos made a wonderful meal for us, he shared his experience, his music and himself as well! The biscuits were the perfect blend of crispy and chewy--I still can't figure out had he did that. The chicken was moist, the sauce flavorful and the polenta so creamy. And his cake was delicately fruited and spiced. What a great evening for us while visiting Detroit! Thank you, Chef Dos.

Chef Dos was a phenomenal instructor, and really easy going! My fiancé and I participated in his sushi making class and we’re not disappointed! We learned how to make sushi and then enjoyed it together! It was a really fun experience and Chef Dos made it even more enjoyable with his conversations with us. Thank you Chef Dos and we highly recommend him!

Honestly, my colleagues were very disappointed in this class and also with the chef’s performance. We don’t recommend it for large groups or team building events.
