Make greens the star of the show with the recipes in this engaging cooking class. Chef Tina will teach you how to take fresh garden ingredients and craft craveable dishes.
Start with a soup made with homemade vegetable stock and filled with hearty cannellini beans and Italian greens. Next, make a warm spinach salad topped with grilled portobellos, coconut bacon and aromatic shallots. Fill phyllo dough cups with an earthy Swiss chard and goat cheese mix. A refreshing coconut avocado ice cream topped with sweet strawberry sauce serves as dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
