Fill your kitchen with the smell of fresh herbs while crafting an authentic Italian feast.
Transform your kitchen into an Italian cucina and surround yourself with incredible scents as Chef Joi guides you through the creation of a three-course Italian meal featuring classic ingredients.
Begin by making crispy crostini piled high with fresh tomatoes and drizzled with balsamic. Then, prepare a juicy garlic-Parmesan crusted chicken, and mix pasta dough to make fresh fettuccine with marinara sauce studded with basil, oregano and parsley. For dessert, Chef Joi will show you how to make lemon cream puffs topped with whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Joi blew all of our expectations away with her meal choice, conversation, and instructions. She was incredibly knowledgeable about our cooking questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had fresh ingredients, alternative menu items, and a phenomenal experience!

Chef Joi was great and I would highly recommend doing this. She was very nice and we had a lot of fun! She modified the recipes to meet my dietary needs which was very appreciated!
Chef Joi began her culinary journey as a child, baking muffins with her grandmother. She realized her dreams of cooking professionally in restaurants and hospitality spots around Wisconsin.
