Come to the kitchen ready to make Noni proud in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Nyjal. There's a traditional Old World menu waiting and a lesson in authentic Italian cooking you won't want to miss.

Start by assembling crisp bruschetta topped with tomatoes and garlic before rolling mini-meatballs of pork and beef sausage seasoned with fresh herbs. Prepare rosemary mushroom risotto and create savory Tuscan chicken on a bed of homemade linguini. For dessert, whip up heavenly mousse in chocolate, strawberry and lemon flavors.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
