Let Chef Nyjal show you the secrets to baking perfect French pastries in this hands-on cooking class. With his expert guidance, you can transform your home kitchen into a classic European bakery with all the authentic tastes and textures you love.

Begin with a lesson in creating pâte à choux and diplomat cream from scratch. Then, use these creations to make light and airy puff pastries and chocolate eclairs, before transforming fresh eggs, cream and sugar into a blissful crème brûlée. Finally, turn up the heat with brandy and banana liqueur in an unforgettable bananas Foster.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Pâte à Choux and Diplomat Cream

Our experience with Chef Nyjal was terrific. He came prepared with all the necessary ingredients. He was patient and clear in his instructions. Everything we made (from the eclairs to the bananas foster) was delicious. It was an excellent activity for the family to do together. We enjoyed it immensely. I do recommend him to anyone interested.

I am not a cook. Chef Nyjal kept things simple and gave great advice in regard to prep and purchase of ingredients. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience will look to do additional classes in the future.
