Cooking Class - Classic Spanish Flavors
This hands-on cooking class with Chef Derrick will teach you how to craft classic Spanish dishes completely from scratch using time-honored culinary techniques and authentic ingredients.
For the first course, you'll make crispy toast piled high with fresh tomatoes, olives and capers. Then, learn how to make gambas al ajillo, prawns tossed in olive oil and minced garlic. You'll learn the secrets to making paella with seafood and chorizo, and prepare chicken with an aromatic almond and saffron sauce. For dessert, indulge in a decadent, creamy arroz con leche.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
