Begin with a sweet and buttery shortcake and seasonal fruit. Next, Chef Unika will guide you while making a batch of fruit scones that are perfect for a light breakfast or tea time. Finish this baking lesson by learning the secrets to making fluffy, buttery biscuits topped with seasonal jam.

Chef Unika was amazing! We did this class as a family activity with our three kids (18, 15, 11) and everyone had a great time.
