Chef Julia showcases the vegan side of Italian coking in this hands-on class. Meat and dairy will certainly not be missed as this three-course Italian feast will leave you more than satisfied.
Begin with an heirloom tomato bruschetta on a vegan baguette. Then, enjoy a handmade cavatelli pasta tossed with a sumptuous, vegan kale pesto sauce. Lastly, finish the evening with a vegan panna cotta and strawberry compote made with soy milk, agave, lemon zest and vanilla beans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Julia. She arrived on time, brought everything we needed, and was a pleasure to be around! It was a small class, just my wife and I, and she provided the perfect mix of teaching us how to cook the meal (hands-on) vs. cleaning up for us and preparing when we were eating. I would definitely recommend her! The Cozymeal website made everything very streamlined and easy, including communicating with Chef Julia leading up to the event. I would definitely use Cozymeal again!
