Begin by kneading together some naan bread to enjoy warm with your meal. Then, roast eggplant and garlic to create a tender baba ghanoush. For the main course, learn how to make authentic curry with chicken, seasonings and asparagus, and then serve it over fluffy rice. Finally, make sweet jalebi spirals for an authentic end to your meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
