Cooking Class - From the French Kitchen

Bring a bit of rustic culinary tradition from the French countryside into your own kitchen.

Discover the heart of French farmhouse dining in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn authentic techniques for blending fresh ingredients from field and garden to create heritage recipes you'll cherish.

Begin with mini canapés of brie, tomato jam and crisp scallions on toast. Then, prepare a classic coq au vin with root vegetables, creamy herbed potatoes and sautéed asparagus. Close your class with a frangipane pear tart that brings the gourmet goodness of fine French desserts a little closer to home.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
