During this hands-on cooking class, you will gain all the knowledge you need to prepare a diverse mix of creative hors d'oeuvres. Chef Amira will teach you how to pair bold ingredients with flavors of the sea.
Begin by creating salmon bruschetta bites and decadent shrimp deviled eggs followed by a spicy buffalo chicken dip with homemade tortillas. Then, Chef Amira will show you how to stuff mushrooms with a gourmet sausage and Parmesan mix before ending with a tart sweet treat: Deviled strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Chef Amira showed me how to make a yummy cajun garlic sauce. It looked so good! I can't wait to try this one at home on pasta or fish. Sauces are always intimidating to me and she walked me through step by step. If you are in Atlanta I recommend taking a class with Chef Amira!
