This Asian-inspired menu is quick and easy to prepare and fun to present.
In this interactive cooking class with Chef Steven, you'll learn to make several Asian-inspired dishes packed with fun flavors and interesting cooking techniques.
First, learn to make lo mein noodle soup with ginger-infused broth, vegetables, and rice noodles. Then, slice up salmon and chicken to arrange into yakitori skewers, complete with flavorful teriyaki sauce and pineapple chunks. Once your skewers are ready, grill the meat to tender perfection. On the side, prepare some quick stir-fried vegetables. For dessert, make refreshing matcha ice cream from scratch.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
