Cooking Class - Italian Pasta Night

Transform simple, fresh ingredients into delicious Italian dishes in this hands-on cooking class.

Join Chef Luca for a fresh Italian cooking class where you'll learn how to prepare four authentic and flavorful Italian dishes.

First, practice your knife skills while preparing tomato bruschetta to serve atop crusty Italian bread. Then, mix up a classic caprese salad with creamy mozzarella and zesty basil. For the main dish, Chef Luca will give a pasta demonstration to explain how to make pappardalle or ravioli pasta, then you'll top the fresh pasta with your choice of sauce. Finish by whipping up a decadent chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
