Concha is a traditional Mexican sweet bread roll. Conchas get their name from their round shape and their striped, seashell-like appearance. A concha consists of two parts, a sweetened bread roll, and a crunchy topping. In this class students will learn everything there is to know about baking conchas from scratch. We will be making the dough during class as well as doing our own topping. We will be baking them during class as well. Topics covered in class is how to make the dough and colorful different topping for conchas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
