Cooking Class - Upscale French Cuisine
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jar will teach you the different skills and techniques behind curating a fantastic menu of fine French cuisine.
Begin the class by preparing pancetta and goat cheese crostini drizzled with honey, followed by assembling a robust salad featuring pickled onion and feta cheese. For the main course, cook ratatouille and cauliflower risotto to pair with your marinated lamb chops. For dessert, whip up a lip-smacking raspberry soufflé topped with raspberry coulis, powdered sugar and whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
