Cooking Class - Contemporary Southern Elegance
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Amanda will teach how to replicate the delicious and distinct flavors of a Southern home-cooked meal, delightfully reimagined. She will show you how to make a variety of dishes, from refreshing, simple appetizers to complex, savory entrées.
Begin the class with a hearty salad of grilled apricots, burrata, prosciutto and more. Next, prepare a succulent pecan-crusted chicken with a side of bourbon-infused au jus and pair the dish with charred Broccolini. For dessert, craft a heavenly strawberry shortbread tart topped with maple whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
