Cooking Class - Neapolitan Pizza Workshop

Master the art of Neapolitan pizza from crust to toppings in this interactive workshop.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Anibal, you'll learn how to make authentic Neapolitan-style pizza from scratch. From a lesson on pizza dough techniques to making ricotta cheese, you'll make every part of the pie in this pizza-making workshop.

Begin by putting together an antipasto platter with authentic meat, cheese and vegetables. Then, dive into the pizza workshop as Chef Anibal teaches you how to make four kinds of pizza from scratch, including a flavorful caprese pizza, a prosciutto arugula pizza drizzled with balsamic vinegar, and a Mediterranean twist on classic pepperoni pizza.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
