From coastal to inland dishes, get a taste of traditional Mexican street cuisine.

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Catalina, you'll learn all about new ingredients and techniques as you prepare classic street food from various regions of Mexico.

First, Chef Catalina will teach you how to make elote — sweet corn loaded with cotija cheese and chile powder — and al pastor street tacos with homemade tortillas and pineapple salsa, a Mexican staple. From the coastal regions of Mexico, you'll prepare shrimp aguachile with tangy lime, and for dessert with a twist, you'll make arroz con leche in ice pop form.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
