In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Rocky will introduce you to three recipes that showcase the best of Italian and Japanese fare infused into a single dish while using fresh ingredients.
Begin by preparing classic bruschetta made with tomatoes, mozzarella, togarashi butter and shiso mint in place of basil before trying your hand at making carbonara pasta that substitutes chashu pork instead of pancetta. For dessert, create layers of tiramisu made with matcha instead of coffee and white chocolate in place of cocoa.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rocky was so impressive! His talents and skills exceeded our highest expectations. He is a seasoned pro in the kitchen and was an amazing teacher. We have always loved Asian cuisine but never attempted it at home, but now, thanks to Chef Rocky, we can recreate these beautiful, delicious dishes. Plus, his venue is spacious and welcoming.
