In this cooking class with Chef Brian, you'll create elevated Mexican street food staples using professional culinary skills and techniques, including tips for grilling, sauce making, pickling and more.
Begin by grilling corn you'll top with lime crema, spices and tangy cheese. Next, you'll mix together aquachile — similar to ceviche — using fresh shrimp, cucumbers, chilis and red onions, and learn about sauces and pickling as you prepare chicken tacos dorados, or crisp-fried tacos, for your entrée. End with crunchy, sweet, chocolate-drenched churros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
