Cooking Class - Hearty Vegan Brunch Classics
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a few brunch favorites using only plant-based ingredients. Chef Dominique will teach you professional tips and tricks for preparing vegan food that doesn't skimp on flavor.
You'll begin by preparing French toast topped with fresh fruit and coconut whipped cream. Next, you'll mix and bake fluffy biscuits smothered with vegetarian sausage gravy and sided by roasted breakfast potatoes. Finish with a fresh smoothie loaded with seasonal fruit, kale, plant-based milk and protein powder.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
