My fiancé and I absolutely loved learning from Jenn. She was super knowledgeable and really good at keeping us engaged in different cooking tasks and fun conversation throughout the whole night. We learned a ton and had some amazing food. By the end of the night, it felt like we had all known each other for a while and were just hanging out as friends. 11/10 would book with Jenn again!

Jen was absolutely incredible, a vegan foodies dream chef. We hired her as a private chef for my husband’s birthday and honestly it ended up being one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at home. From the beginning, communication was great. She was super responsive, arrived early, and came in completely prepared. She had everything organized and handled literally everything, from prep to cooking to teaching to cleaning, so we didn’t have to lift a finger. What I loved most is that it wasn’t just her cooking for us. She actually walked us through every recipe step by step and made it totally hands on. We got to cut, cook, grill, and really learn while we went. She shared so many helpful tips and techniques too. Knife skills for garlic and herbs, how to properly cut parsley, grilling on the gas, and even simple tricks like using metal bowls to keep food warm. Little pro things that make such a big difference. I've already used the herb technic and bowls! She even brought aprons for us, which was such a fun touch and made it feel like a real cooking class experience. And the food was so good. Everything was packed with flavor. The barbecue was hands down the best, but honestly everything else was just as delicious. The herbs, spices, and really fresh whole ingredients. It tasted, natural, and gourmet at the same time and truly better than most vegan restaurants we’ve been to. Those praline pecans for dessert were amazing too. So decadent and made with simple ingredients. That’s something I really appreciated. Most of what she used were normal, whole ingredients we already had or could easily grab and seasonal. It felt like we could make these meals again. She was really encouraging and helped build our confidence in the kitchen. She also made the whole experience feel personal. She shared a bit about her journey and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. It felt warm and relaxed, not transactional at all. We had our kids home in another room with a sitter, and she was so sweet and flexible whenever they popped out. She engaged with them, said hello, and made them feel included. That meant a lot to us. My husband kept saying he couldn’t believe we hired a chef at our house. It felt magical. Like a foodie dream experience, but cozy and at home. Fun, delicious, relaxed, and really memorable. We’re so thankful for Jen and will absolutely book her again. Highly recommend. God bless Jen and her culinary skills.
