Learn how to nurture your body through self-care eating with Chef Jenn.

Hone in on intuitive eating in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jenn, where you'll learn how to prepare three recipes that nurture your body from the inside out with a variety of fresh, plant-focused ingredients.

Begin by making vermicelli noodle spring rolls filled with kiwi, mango, tofu, vegetables and ginger, and a soul-warming ramen noodle bowl featuring dashi broth, mushrooms, kimchi and soy kale chips for your entrée. End on a sweet but healthy note as Chef Jenn shows you how to make a simple sorbet starring fresh lychee and mint.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jenn was so great!! She was on time, prepared, and so fun to hang out with! She customized our pasta-making experience to what we were interested in and the food turned out great!! She's so knowledgeable and fun to cook with! Highly recommend for your next event - we were just a few friends that wanted to eat good food!!
