Cooking Class - Lavish Land and Sea Fare

Learn how to prepare a lavish Japanese meal featuring favorites from land and sea.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you'll use high-quality authentic Japanese ingredients and traditional French cooking techniques to handcraft a lavish meal featuring three courses.

Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you smart knife skills to prepare a radish and cucumber salad with edible flowers and gold leaf and traditional seafood sunomono starring shrimp, scallops, masago, ikura and white truffle oil. The star of the show is a decadent sushi roll featuring lobster and wagyu beef worthy of any Michelin star restaurant.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
