Cooking Class - Classic Indian Street Food
In this interactive cooking class, you'll explore street food recipes seen along the streets throughout India. As you cook together, Chef Pravy will teach you about Indian street food culture and special cooking techniques.
First, you'll prepare spicy cauliflower gobi Manchurian with garlic and ginger, and fry up Indian potato patties topped with fresh mint and tamarind chutney. You'll also make chili chicken smothered in aromatic spices and cooked with bell peppers and onions, and traditional carrot pudding to end your Indian street food extravaganza.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
