Cooking Class - Indian Cuisine Made Simple
Indian food can be daunting at first glance, but in this interactive cooking class Chef Pravy simplifies Indian fare into recipes any home chef can tackle. You'll learn how to cook with a few key ingredients that will open up the world of Indian cooking.
Together, you'll explore a popular way to enjoy fruit from street vendors as well as make a simple eggplant recipe. You'll also prepare a takeout favorite — butter chicken — and Chef Pravy will show you how to make seviyan, a sweet Indian dessert made with vermicelli, milk and saffron.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
