Cooking Class - Authentic New American Fare
Take American cuisine soaring to new heights of flavor in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Andrea. With a little inventiveness and a host of fresh ingredients, you can create an all-American meal to relish.
You'll begin with twice baked potatoes filled with all the trimmings and a platter of roasted vegetables seasoned with tangy herbs. For your entrée, you'll prepare bacon-wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin with traditional stuffing and a sweet glaze. And for dessert, you'll create classic fruit tarts with shortbread crusts topped with fresh fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
