In this interactive cooking class with Chef Michelle, you'll learn important knife skills as you prepare a few Mexican street food dishes.
First, you'll learn simple knife skills to dice and chop vegetables while making basic salsas and guacamole which you'll serve with homemade tortilla chips fresh from the frying pan. Next, prepare a few street food classics: Mexican street corn with cotija cheese and chorizo-poblano pepper empanadas. As you cook, you'll enjoy a cinnamon and vanilla-infused horchata drink.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
