Make pizza from scratch using fresh and vibrant ingredients unique to each season.
Learn how to make homemade pizza and more in this hands-on seasonal cooking class with Chef Michelle. From salad to pizza dough to crispy wontons, you're in for a flavorful experience.
Chef Michelle will teach you tips for making pizza dough from scratch as you prepare dough for your lemon ricotta pizza topped with capers and chili flakes. You'll also make a fresh wedge salad and learn an emulsifying technique to create a smooth homemade dressing. Finally, whip up a simple strawberry sauce to pair with cream cheese wontons for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Momo was so great - kind, courteous, and was very patient with us. 2.5 hours went by so fast because we had fun the whole time! Each part of the meal was delicious too. Highly recommend the Mexican-Indian fusion. You will not be disappointed!

Chef Michelle is an entrepreneur, private chef and all-around culinary extraordinaire known to many as Chef Momo. In 2018, she started her own personal chef business, where she provides tailored private dining experiences as well as virtual and in-person cooking classes and workshops.
