In this hands-on cooking class, you'll enjoy the flavors of Mexico and India as Chef Michelle's curated menu fuses Latin and South Asian ingredients to create an exceptional culinary fusion experience.
First, you'll learn how to make aloo roti — Indian "tortillas" filled with potatoes and spices. Then, Chef Michelle will show you how to make chile relleno from scratch with vegan chorizo or carnitas, along with authentic Spanish rice. You'll also sip on a unique twist on a classic mango lassi (mango blended with yogurt) with a sweet and salty chamoy rim.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
