Cooking Class - Advanced Maki Techniques

For those with sushi-rolling experience, this class will take your skills to the next level!

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ricky, you will learn how to prepare an array of maki sushi and other Japanese specialities using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients and advanced sushi-rolling techniques.

Chef Ricky will begin by teaching you how to make miso soup from scratch as well as how to properly prepare sushi rice. Then, you will learn how to create a rainbow roll, dragon roll and a volcano roll with scallops. End on a sweet note with a Japanese shaved ice dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
