Join Chef Alex in this hands-on cooking class as you explore four traditional dishes of Italy from antipasti to dolce that will transport you to an authentic Italian trattoria.
Begin with classic antipasti featuring burrata, asparagus, brown butter, prosciutto and almonds, then prepare a savory linguine pasta peppered with pancetta, clams and fresno chile. Next, Chef Alex will show you how to cook pork ribs with fennel seed and honey, and bake a tart citrus olive oil cake with mascarpone whipped cream for dessert. Buon appetito!

Chef Alex makes you feel as if you are a friend cooking with him at his kitchen. His personality was extremely professional, lively and entertaining. The class flowed naturally and all of the instructions were clear, easy to follow, all questions answered.
