First, you'll learn how to prepare a hearty poblano pepper and chorizo frittata with eggs and onions. Next, Chef Alex will show you how to make waffles using potato latke batter and served with a sweet and spicy maple syrup. Satisfy your sweet tooth with the two final courses: Banana pecan coffee cake and crispy bourbon brown sugar bacon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alex makes you feel as if you are a friend cooking with him at his kitchen. His personality was extremely professional, lively and entertaining.
