In this advanced hands-on, four-course cooking class with Chef Alec, you'll take a deep dive into Spanish cuisine as you prepare regional favorites, learn all about their rich history, and pick up a few smart cooking techniques along the way.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to making include cod filets and clams in fresh herb, garlic and white wine sauce, Castilian roasted lamb with potatoes, parsley and white wine, and toasted almond cream with citrus zest and ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
