Discover the secrets to crafting authentic sushi rolls from scratch with Chef Ricky.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ricky, you'll slice, roll and serve seven types of sushi and a dessert temari from scratch using high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques.

Some of the sushi you can look forward to rolling includes a California roll with avocado, imitation crab and cucumber, a spicy tuna roll with cucumber, a crispy crab roll with two sauces and crunchy shallots and more. For dessert, prepare and enjoy a fruit sushi temari with cream cheese, strawberries, blueberries and kiwi.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ricky was an excellent host and teacher! My son and I really enjoyed the experience and I would definitely sign up for another class. The food was delicious and I feel like I can make sushi at home now!

Chef Ricky was amazing! He definitely knows how to make cooking fun! He not only taught us how to make sushi but the history of different types of sushi. Multiple people in the class, including myself, agreed it was the best sushi they've tried. I would definitely be going back and would recommend Chef Ricky to others.
