Cooking Class - Elevated Yet Casual Dinner Party

In this cooking class guided by Chef Tiffany, you'll learn how to prepare an elevated yet casual three-course dinner menu that will rival any steakhouse meal, and is perfect for your next get-together.

First, you'll toss together an apple and feta salad peppered with cranberries and almonds. For the main course, you'll prepare a seared beef filet with red wine sauce paired with polenta and Brussels sprouts. And to end this satisfying meal, you'll bake a bubbly fruit cobbler served with homemade whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tiffany is an executive chef, culinary instructor and caterer extraordinaire. Since graduating from culinary school, she has gained a decade of experience in a variety of professional kitchens. Most recently, she served as the executive chef of an Indianapolis eatery where she earned a reputation for bringing the flavors of Latin America to life. Chef Tiffany now single-handedly runs her own custom catering company.
