In this hands-on cooking class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare an exotic four-course menu that fuses a variety of recipes, flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques from the Philippines, Japan, Thailand and beyond.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this Asian fusion cooking class include Filipino-style calamari fritters known as ukoy, miso-glazed wild mushrooms, a sweet and spicy whole fish Thai curry entrée, and a perfectly crispy and creamy Japanese-inspired lychee cheesecake tempura for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
