Embark on a culinary journey to Puerto Rico during this interactive experience with Chef JE.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Puerto Rican meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a blend of Spanish, African, and Taíno culinary traditions and techniques.

Some of the authentic Puerto Rican recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a citrusy octopus, calamari and conch ceviche appetizer, avocado and crabmeat fritters with mixed greens, shrimp-stuffed mofongo, and a classic Puerto Rican cheese flan for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our class with JE was awesome! He and his wife are very inviting and we had an excellent time. The food was delicious. We can't wait to try to make it on our own. I highly recommend the class to anyone!

Taken the current circumstances with quarantine, this was still a cool experience. Jess and I felt welcome and safe through the entire experience. Chef J&E were amazing hosts. Great music selection, story telling, cooking tips, and a hella good 4 course meal. Birthday man enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you once again!!! This is a must do if you're looking for an intimate, fun experience with great hosts. Ps. Emily, the gift was wonderful and you were amazing as well.

This was an amazing experience especially during these crazy times. This is a great way to do something special for date night or a special occasion which for us which was our anniversary. The menu was delicious and flavorful. My favorite part was the salad with pecan and the Lamb chops. I would absolutely do this again. Great Chef and food.

We loved our southwestern cooking course with Chef JE and his wife. They are so sweet and the food was amazing! The class had four courses and was so informative. Chef JE was very thorough and explained everything so well. Everything he made tasted so good! He told us all about his culinary journey around the world and his skills show. We definitely recommend his class and would love to join him for another one whenever we are back in SA!

My wife and I had a great experience. Chef JE and his wife were wonderful hosts and the food was incredible. We got to ask questions and learn new tricks in food prep and food presentation. We will book with Cozymeal again in the future.

Highly recommend Chef JE, he graciously welcomed us into his home and created a wonderful memory on top of teaching us how to make a meal that would normally be far outside of our comfort zone. He did a great job explaining things and really took the intimidation factor out of a "fancy meal." you WILL NOT regret booking your own experience with this Chef!

I really enjoyed my time with Chef JE Seary. His skills and knowledge are admirable. I was especially impressed with his organization and teaching skills. The food was presented well and it was very delicious. I highly recommend Chef Seary.
