Join Chef Djeff and learn all about le cochon — the pig — in this pork-focused class.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Djeff, you'll learn how to properly and perfectly prepare pork, from slow roasting pork belly to brining pork chops.
Chef Djeff will guide you through the process of slow-roasting pork belly to create flavorful pork belly tacos. You'll also learn how to brine a pork chop the right way to avoid drying out your meat and serve your perfectly brined pork chop on a bed of Parmesan polenta and kale. Finally, round out the meal with a summer berry crumble topped with homemade vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Djeff has extensive knowledge in the creation of various cuisines, thanks to a passion for epicurean exploration and her studies at Le Cordon Bleu. She has trained extensively in seafood techniques and can cook a steak to absolute perfection, among other specialties. Chef Djeff looks forward to helping all levels of home chefs expand their culinary expertise and confidence in the kitchen!
