In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Yaakov, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet four-course meal using a spread of fresh, high-quality ingredients typically featured in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a smoked salmon and watercress crostini appetizer, artichoke bruschetta with jalapeños, a savory, creamy mushroom risotto entrée, and a homemade tiramisu boasting a strong coffee flavor and a dreamy, light mascarpone filling for dessert.
