Learn everything you need to know from Chef Blu to make homemade donuts from scratch.
Join Chef Blu for a hands-on cooking class where you'll create three different types of donuts from around the world. Your sweet tooth will be thanking you later as you master the techniques to this breakfast or dessert favorite.
First, Chef Blu will teach you how to prepare a classic French beignet delicately sprinkled with powdered sugar. Next, you'll dive into creating homemade churros with a pâte à choux dough and chocolate sauce. Finally, make an Italian classic: Bombolini, a decadent doughnut filled with rich hazelnut spread.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Blu has nearly 30 years of experience in the culinary industry — donning the executive chef hat for more than 10 of those years. She is currently the owner and executive chef of her own private catering company where her mission is to provide clients “an experience of pure joy from food.” Chef Blu is also passionate about teaching and is a renowned culinary instructor to both up-and-coming chefs and novice home cooks.
