In this hands-on class with Chef Raina, you will learn how to prepare an array of healthy meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients, bold and bright flavors, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes and recipes you can look forward to creating in this class include succulent beef and broccoli with brown rice, an easy make-ahead breakfast egg bake brimming with vegetables and cheese, perfectly cooked orange salmon with rice and asparagus, and a refreshing and energizing green smoothie that doesn't taste like "green."
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
