Thailand cuisine relies heavily on the abundance of fresh produce available in the region, so it is easily adapted to a plant-based diet.
Chef Meir will begin by teaching you how to make Thai lettuce wraps with grilled tofu, peanuts and a sweet and savory coconut sauce, and Panang curry with onions, bell peppers and coconut milk. Then, master pad Thai — stir-fried noodles with vegetables, bean sprouts and peanuts — and finish with a variety of tropical flavors in a delicious mango sticky rice dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
