Cooking Class - Bubbly Recipes With Sparkle

I did the Bright Latin Dishes From Scratch class with Chef Hannah and had a great time! Chef Hannah was very welcoming and full of good conversation and cooking tips for a novice like myself. The food was amazing and I would definitely recommend this class to anybody else!

Hannah was great. She is very talented and well versed in the kitchen. We learned so much and enjoyed making and eating simple, repeatable recipes.

We had the best evening at Chef Hannah’s apartment. She’s a very experienced chef who offers a great education resulting in a delicious meal. It was an intimate experience and we were fortunate that the other couple in the class was fun and enjoyable. It made for an evening of good food and group dynamics. Chef Hannah’s class is casual, homey and perfect for those looking for a small group experience. It is not cooking school style, but more creative with lots of direct, personal interaction with the chef. This was absolutely the right experience for us and the other couple who attended, but might not meet expectations for someone looking for a fancy experience.

Chef Hannah is not only creative but has the chops to back it up. Her food while exciting is well-executed and tasty. A perfect date night activity. You'll leave knowing how to cook the dishes well enough for company.

I’m following up again regarding my previous messages about a credit for the class I was unable to attend — as mentioned during our earlier communication. I have yet to receive a response, and I’m hoping for some clarification on the matter. To be transparent, I was not informed that the class would take place in someone’s private home, which made me uncomfortable and is not something I would have knowingly agreed to. Additionally, I was not made aware of any cancellation policy at the time of booking. I’ve reviewed all email correspondence and materials and was unable to locate any policy outlining this. If I’ve overlooked it, please feel free to direct me to where I can find it. While I understand that I may not be eligible for a refund, it’s unclear how Chef Hannah was able to retain both the full $100 and the ingredients — which I was told I paid for. I would appreciate an explanation, as this resolution doesn’t seem reasonable given the circumstances. If there is no possibility of a credit or resolution, I would have appreciated transparency about that from the beginning. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to settle this matter respectfully.

Enjoyed Chef Hannah, the menu was good, and we enjoyed the food. Apartment was a bit small and hot and we would have liked more of a hands on experience.
