Join Chef JE and get ready to experience a bold menu of traditional Southwest fare.
In this hands-on class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare a flavor-packed four-course dinner menu of traditional Southwest fare using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a chili-lime lump crab and avocado salad dressed with a homemade tequila vinaigrette, a simple romaine salad with cotija cheese and candy stripe beets, a fire-roasted and 24-hour marinated skirt steak with onions and peppers, and fried ice cream with caramel for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our class with JE was awesome! He and his wife are very inviting and we had an excellent time. The food was delicious. We can't wait to try to make it on our own. I highly recommend the class to anyone!

We loved our southwestern cooking course with Chef JE and his wife. They are so sweet and the food was amazing! The class had four courses and was so informative. Chef JE was very thorough and explained everything so well. Everything he made tasted so good! He told us all about his culinary journey around the world and his skills show. We definitely recommend his class and would love to join him for another one whenever we are back in SA!

Excellent experience!! Chef JE and his wife were incredibly inviting and we had a great time learning how to prepare the 4 course meal. We will have to visit again in the future!

Chef JE is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and Johnson & Wales graduate. Before becoming a celebrated executive chef, Chef JE spent time working with various celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities in NYC. He is well versed in many cuisines, including Asian, classical French, Latin American, and more. He is currently an executive chef, and loves sharing his craft with others via cooking classes.
