In this hands-on class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet four-course Mediterranean menu that showcases the bright and bold flavors and spices of the region.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include wild-caught sea bass poached in a fennel and ginger broth with braised fennel and fiddleheads, a succulent and tender Cornish hen baked in a tangy cumin-spiced yogurt, a honeycomb and toasted almond ricotta spread with dried fruit, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
I really enjoyed my time with Chef JE Seary. His skills and knowledge are admirable. I was especially impressed with his organization and teaching skills. The food was presented well and it was very delicious. I highly recommend Chef Seary.

Highly recommend Chef JE, he graciously welcomed us into his home and created a wonderful memory on top of teaching us how to make a meal that would normally be far outside of our comfort zone. He did a great job explaining things and really took the intimidation factor out of a "fancy meal." you WILL NOT regret booking your own experience with this Chef!

Chef JE is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and Johnson & Wales graduate. Before becoming a celebrated executive chef, Chef JE spent time working with various celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities in NYC. He is well versed in many cuisines, including Asian, classical French, Latin American, and more. He is currently an executive chef, and loves sharing his craft with others via cooking classes.
